We are a growing China-based IT outsourcing services provider headquartered in Shanghai, providing various services for clients around the world. As the business is expanding we are seeking a full-time talented and creative Online Marketing Specialist to join us, responsible for promoting our services & products over the internet.
Duties of the job:
1. Analyzing the profile of prospects ; Developing online and integrated marketing strategy
2. Working closely with the internal team to implement the strategy laid out
3. Monitoring traffic and sales and keeping optimizing and improving marketing plan
4. Developing affiliates network and good business relationship with external marketing team
5. Introducing new knowledge and tools for online marketing to the team
Requirements:
1. Excellent writing and reading skills in English; Good spoken English is a BIG plus
2. Knowledge of online marketing techniques is not a must but preferred - SEO, PPC, Affiliates, EDM, etc
3. Possessing great interest in online marketing and having clear career goal.
4. Having basic understanding of web technology
5. Easy-going personality and can-do attitude
6. Ability to work independently and solve problems with initiative
7. Must be a team-worker
8. Willing to grow with a startup company
*Oversea study or work experience is a BIG plus
*We welcome creative graduates to join us
Salary: 3K+ RMB per month
Holiday: 12 days per year (exclude traditional Chinese holidays like Spring Festival and Qingming)
